We have spent a lot of time researching this and 1998 version ISN will not meet the new requirements. Currently the only ISN compliant are from Fischer.
If anyone is a VCCI member there is an excellent paper on the site on this subject. You should note that requirements for ISNs were changed in CISPR 22:2003. If you purchase ISN for EN 55022:1998 now, maybe you can find that you need to purchage new ISN very soon.
