We will indicate this information in the next revision. By the way, I remember seeing a list of all EU netional authorities. I cannot locate that link for the time being. Could I suggest that you add some additional information for Europe that has been the subject of a recent discussion between Jim Eichner and myself. The information as posted is correct in as much as to use 100mW across the whole of 2400 to 2483.5 MHz is indeed Class 2 and requires the 'Alert' mark and consequently requires notification to all national authorities (with a subsequent 4 week delay before placing your product on the market). However, if you limit power in the range 2454 to 2483.5 to 10mW (thus incorporating the French restrictions), or reduce the utilised band to 2400 to 2454 MHz, it becomes Class 1 and requires only testing to harmonized standards and no notification process.
