For those CCC certified LANs, by the CQC, CEMC, or CESI, the certificate holders must submit applications to the China Information Security Certification Center (ISCCC, 中国信息安全认证中) to have certificates transfered to the ISCCC, before December 1, 2007. CQC, CEMC, or CESI is no longer designated to issue CCC certificates for WLANs.
