Hi John, I was simply giving Richard a means to select a reputable spyware removal program for himself without any personal bias from me. I was hoping that Richard (& others) would be smart enough to do a little homework before committing.
However, as my personal recommendation is vital and w/o being too commercial about it, it would be Webroot's SpySweeper program. In a nutshell, it's affordable, not free, and does a great job at monitoring/shielding internet/email/more, sweeps regularly, automatically updates spyware definitions itself and alerts to free program updates. Richard, Good luck in removing that pesky spyware or whatever it is. Also, it could be something else like a virus, etc, but I would be guessing.
