The Directive is definitive. Are you looking at:

BS EN 50419:2006 Marking of electrical and electronic equipment in 
accordance with article 11(2) of Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE)?

Note that the 2005 edition is significantly different.

If you are looking at the 2006 edition and find that the graphic differs 
>from that in the Directive, whoever is responsible for EN 50149 should 
fix it - now!
