I am soon to do a presentation on the gaps in the EMC spectrum, where there are no emission limits for non-military products. These are:
Conducted emissions from 105 Hz to 1995 Hz, excluding mains harmonics; Conducted emissions 2.05 kHz to 9 kHz, and 9 kHz to 150 kHz for most products; Radiated emissions below 30 MHz. Pressure to fill in these gaps has blown up for different reasons more or less simultaneously in the last 6 months. The thing is, that the audience will include some experts on military EMC standards, of which I know little.
