Most corporate liability coverage will specifically negate a client's claim
where there was any use of material not bearing a NRTL mark where scoped. I am
not certain about a client's property claim.

For at least 12 years, my domestic coverage has indicated a generic statement
that could be inferred to mean that my stuff shall have a mark.

Vernon - "Is this work in competent hands?"
Curly - "Coitainly, we're all incompetent."

Subject: RE: [PSES] NRTL listing for product sold in the United States

A bit off topic, but I wonder if homeowner's or health insurance has any fine
print about coverage of incidents arising from unlisted products.
