Are you saying that North American companies are not requiring

Nothing I say or do necessarily represents the opinions or policy of my
employer. My employer designs and manufacturers component and end-use
power devices from mVA to kVA outputs.

The current 'condition' of power supplies intended for component or end
consumer use results from the requirements of North American and Western
European companies.
