I expect they would come from a national electrical code. If this is a UL
standard, then the NFPA 70 (NEC)

Subject:
[PSES] size of protective bonding conductor

Dear experts,

Power supply for telecom application is protected by 600A circuit breaker.
What is required cross-sectional area of protective bonding conductor?
Table 2D goes only up to 460A. Same question if for dimension of supply
cord since table 3B also goes only up to 460A.

Does anyone know where the values from table 2D or 3B are comming from?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
