He's referring to EN 60950-1, the tables list primarily  mm sq sizes.  "AWG and 
kcmil sizes are provided for information only."  So not likely these are NEC 
based.   But  don't know the answer to the original question.  Perhaps NFPA 70 
has table that goes larger but may not help outside of US.

Dear experts,

Power supply for telecom application is protected by 600A circuit breaker. What 
is required cross-sectional area of protective bonding conductor? Table 2D goes 
only up to 460A. Same question if for dimension of supply cord since table 3B 
also goes only up to 460A.

Does anyone know where the values from table 2D or 3B are comming from?
