Right, but these large inverters also have high speed DSP and other processors 
clocked very fast.  Someone on team concluded a 4GHz maximum measurement 
frequency based on highest internal clock on one of the sub-assemblies.   I 
think the big power bridge switches at 3kHz.

Below it was recommended that they run a sweep to 18 GHz; I was reacting by 
saying I wasn't aware that CISPR went higher than 6.5 GHz, and that limit was 
clock frequency dependent, and it appears I was correct.

My comment about the inverter power level was not meant as an issue of 
specsmanshp, but that the higher the power of the device, the lower the 
switching frequencies employed, hence the spectrum associated  with switching 
would be lower for high power devices because they tend to use lower 
frequencies to up the efficiency.
