[PSES] SEV Mark Required for Swiss Adapter Plug?

I’m looking for an adapter plug that allows a Schuko plug to be connected to a grounded Swiss receptacle. I have found one that is certified to IEC 60884-1 and IEC 60884-2-5. It does not have an SEV mark.
Is an SEV mark required for adapter plugs to be used in Switzerland?
