If you are discussing the measurement system integrity check where you
inject a signal 6 dB below the limit, I would use the fixture from CS114
with a 50 ‡ load on the end, driven by a signal generator set to the limit
current less 6 dB plus 34 dB‡.

So for instance, the low frequency plateau using the 28 Vdc limit of 100
dBuA:

100 dBuA ­ 6 dB + 34 dB ‡ = 128 dBuV
