At the moment the EU are not producing single lists of Harmonised Standards.
All new lists are published on the "L" series, which is Legislation, and no longer on the "C" series, which is Information and Notices. In reading the document it sounds to me like you can use EN 55035:2017 as of the 5th. As to a DoW for EN 55024, your guess is as good as mine at this time.
