A question for the experts:A system consisting of several devices from various 
manufacturers, all of which are 61010-1 listed and CE marked was built and 
shipped many years ago.  The system has a CE mark based on internal 
evaluationNow, the user is looking for an upgrade to one part of the system 
that does not impact the rest if the system.We know that the upgraded portion 
of the system needs to meet current standards which have come onto force after 
the origins system shipped.  The systems are usually one offs and are not 
serial produced.The questions are:For the EU is a new DoC required, or just add 
a note to the TCF about what was changed?Does the entire system need to be 
upgraded to current standards, even the parts that are not affected by the 
upgrade?This also is about the US, even though there is no DoC?Your comments
