A question for the experts:A system consisting of several devices from various manufacturers, all of which are 61010-1 listed and CE marked was built and shipped many years ago. The system has a CE mark based on internal evaluationNow, the user is looking for an upgrade to one part of the system that does not impact the rest if the system. We know that the upgraded portion of the system needs to meet current standards which have come onto force after the origins system shipped. The systems are usually one offs and are not serial produced. The questions are:For the EU is a new DoC required, or just add a note to the TCF about what was changed?Does the entire system need to be upgraded to current standards, even the parts that are not affected by the upgrade? This also is about the US, even though there is no DoC?Your comments are all welcome, either publicly here, or privately to stev...@productehsconsulting.com.sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
