Greetings;
In the transition to emc2, I noticed that the directory emc/programs seems to
have become deprecated.
I found where they were relocated to, but the install script needs to edit
stepper_inch.ini to add a trailing '/' to the PROGRAM_DEFAULT path, which was
properly set to ~/user/emc2/nc_files when I inspected it, but in order for
stuff like M101 to be found and run even when its been copied there, the /
must be appended to that string.
Once that was done, it Just Worked(TM).

This process can check if this value is zero, and if it is, it does
something child-like.
