Hi I change size of small pulley and it makes me change amount of pulses that is necessary to move 1 inch distance. So, I recalculated amount of pulses and it makes ERROR signal joint following error. This is my problem.
Here is data. When amount of pulses per I inch was 2949120 Trajectory planner section Default velocity 0.5 Max velocity 8.0 Default acceleration 3.0 Max acceleration 3.5 Axes Sections Max velocity 10 Max acceleration 3.5 Backlash 0.00 FERROR 0.012 Min FERROR 0.0013 Home search velocity 0.8 Home latch velocity -0.05 Max out put 10 Deadband 0.000015 P 3000 I 0.8 D 10 FFO 0 FF1 10.8 FF2 0.03 BIAS 0 ???????????. I need to say that with 2949120 pulses system works excellent. John Elson tune up this system on EMC Fest this year. New amount of pulses is 1865972. This is considerably less than 2949120. I need help to changing my parameters. I believe that I need change PID and maybe FERROR and MIN FERROR.
