Streaming is out of the question.  The link is ADSL.  Download speeds
aren't bad, upload speeds are noticeably less.  Last year's webcam took
a photo once every minute, and it took several seconds (sometimes 10) to
upload each one.  The photos were _not_ being served to individuals from
the workshop - they were uploaded to a server at Dreamhost.  Otherwise
less than 10 people with their browsers looking at the webcam would have
been enough to totally saturate the upload link.
