I believe that this is due to a long-standing bug in gtk+ that has still not been fixed for some reason. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56070 as a workaround: move the pointer outside the Forward (or Done) button, then back in, then click. Or use the keyboard instead of the mouse. Ugh. This creates a terrible experience for users. I've long since learned to work around this problem, but until you identify what is going on it is frustrating and baffling.
