Does the EMC version of G33 take I and K? I think that the
feed-per-rev in X,Y,Z is encoded in I,J,K in some interpreters. It
seems that EMC only supports K at this point, so K will be the lead in
the Z-direction. (Incidentally, another reason why it isn't an "F"
perhaps?)
