Ian, If you simply want to mount a rotary table on the bed of a 3 axis mill, align the centerline of rotation with one of the orthogonal (X, Y or Z) axes and then cut parts you need not worry about using A, B or C. The program would need the calculations in it to match the physical orientation of the machine. If you want you would be able to use three different .ini files and use A, B or C but you will still need to have the calculations (the numbers) match the physical orientation of the machine. A, B and C (along with X, Y, Z, U, V and W) are just symbols to allow ease of understanding. Your post processor (in your cam system) will need the physical (geometric) description of the machine so it can then output the properly calculated code to match the machine. Stuart
