Around here, anything capable of running winderz is $300 or more. I don't consider a 266 mhz P-II to be capable of running windows, those I can get at the curb with a short tour of town. Usually so full of viri that they can't do anything in the 16 megs of memory in them. I used to pick them up and salvage the cases, but I find I now have a surplus of those.
