Just checking, since Fanuc does allow feed hold in canned cycles as
well, it's actually where jogging during feedhold is used far more
than at any other program part in our shop.
During a G71, it's majorly useful to interrupt the move, jog away,
change the worn insert, move back to the noted position and continue
the move from there. It's not very desirable for us to do the same
outside of roughing.
If we can't avoid it, we modify the code to taper back in to the old
cut for an acceptable blend.
