The board will run from ~7 to 25 V (the input capacitor is the limiting factor). Current draw will go inversely with voltage, as the switcher makes for a constant power input.
I usually use the 412-109034 wall wart from Mouser, the listed rating is 9 V 300 mA, but in fact it puts out about 11.8 V at light load.
