Hi Ulf. Thanks for your answer. I think, that the reason is electric here. I disassembled the broken motor, also have found out that windings And lamellas of the motor are serviceable. I have seen that on windings of the engine there was an over current because isolation of crosspieces between windings is a little melted off. The motor is dry inside.Y axis is horizontally . The problem is those: the motor can work well in current of 1-2 weeks, thus temperature of the motor low. Then suddenly the motor overheats in current of 5-10 min and fails. I do not think, that a problem in the mechanics because mashine is full servo and at any mistakes of movement there is a mistake and motors are disconnected.
