Many thanks, Kirk. I would have instantly shied away from anything with
"super precision bearings" in the title, assuming that it would have to
be overpriced overkill. (My experience with bearings is negligible.)

I'll go through it more than once. This is stuff that's been on both my
"needed soon" and "fun to study" lists. The first look tonight is mostly
the latter, because it's too late to stoke up on coffee.
