Thats the roller skate quality bearings.  My new bandsaw uses them for 
roller guides, fuggly.  No wonder they can sell those at $4.95/10pack.
Better bearings are available, if the rest of it is precise enough to 
appreciate them.  But for 25-30 bucks?  Naah. :(
