Isn't that funny? I delivered a proposal for a machine retrofit using EMC2 about 2 years ago and I brought in a Mini ITX based PC that had a finned extruded aluminum case. It did not look at all like a "PC". I sat it on the table and gave the presentation and then they asked what it was. I told them that was the control PC that would run their machine. They picked it up, passed it around and everyone nodded as it looked very "industrial" and I got the job.
