Same way as you would with Al.

I've CNC turned wood parts exactly the same as I'd turn Aluminium and
it's worked fine. 

I make quite a few musical instruments and parts and have made ebony
Chello pegs for a friend. But I couldn't make Violin pegs cheaper than I
could buy them, so why bother?
