Most of the times the computer is shut down from menu (shut down), but some times just power goes (load shedding in Pakistan). This also happened when I set the offsets and restarted the computer myself? I have not tried from "Set_Coordinates.tcl" though. I am setting it using a procedure binded to Ctrl+x ....
