I think it is in the master and 2.5 release now.

Look for gscreen.glade which is the screen config file and gscreen which 
is the python file used with the gscreen.glade file.

gscreen is in ripdirectory/bin  and gscreen.glade is in 
ripdirectory/share/linuxcnc  ---  I think.
