Ok, got pycam going on linux. A couple things.. Generate toolpath generates a flat toolpath, it requires generate all to generate the curve.
MM seems to be hard coded here?? Is there a place to input retract height? Anyway, thanks for the help, I think this is going to work. And, thanks for the trouble of working on pycam.
