Yes, I used 3 KL23BLS-115 motors with 2 7i39 cards in one of my
previous machines. They worked good (when I fitted normal encoders on
motors) and I wanted to use this exact notor/drive combination also in
my current plasma table build, but in August, when I wanted to order
those motors from Keling, they told me that they do not have them in
stock and do not plan to manufacture them in future, although their
website still had those motors listed.
So, if You already have those motors, You are lucky, but if You only
plan to purchase them, please check with their sales people, if they
do actually have them.

Since I already had purchased 7i39 drives for 2 machines, including my
current plasma machine project, I ended up with custom-made MotionKing
servos from china. They turned out to be little more expensive, but at
least I have motors that fit the drives I already had.

You might want to go for 5i23 card, if You want to use 2 7i39 drives.
Then You will have third 50pin connector for all the i/o. With 7i43
You will have 8 i/o pins available - those that are marked as "sense"
pins in 7i39 - they are actually unused currently.
