Hello!

First channel on 7i39 card is not spinning motor - motor just
oscillates on place. Connecting the motor to other channel makes to
turn correctly.

I checked the wiring with multimeter, it was ok.
I tried also with bldc cfg=h and with cfg=n, it just does not spin,
but it did in the morning with cfg=h, which made me think that there
is a problem with encoder signal.

I would appreciate any suggestions on possible cause of problem.
