Wow that is interesting guys, was not aware that the homing can be that complex with linuxCNC. As far as the IO goes, honestly the 7I77 has quite a bit of io as it is so I should be good there. If I need another card I would just buy one. Nice to hear others have user them with success too. This is going to be a great machine when its done I think... I am working on a custom cabinet job here right now and once it is installed I should be able to tear into the mill and the parts should be here by then. Wish me luck guys...peace
