Put the table all the way down to get the center of gravity as low as possible. Since it's a fixed head style you can't turn the head sideways or upside down to help with that like can be done with Bridgeports and similar turret mills. If you can rent a machinery moving trailer, that'll be the easiest way to load and unload.
