If your mail client is up to the job¹, take a look at the email headers
in that message, as it arrived from the list server to you. (If not,
then any text editor can also be used, after the post is saved to a
file.)

Can you see that it is only google who can tell you why the post spent
14 hours on their mail-wg0-f46.google.com server? (And that the post
only spent seconds at the listserver.)
