Suggestions:
In Houston the date should be late spring or early fall to avoid the hot
humid weather. Middle is April or end of September? I set a whole week
expecting the largest attendance at the end of the week BUT we have people
arrive the Sunday night before the week starts. A fun time is experienced
every day.

Establish the date asap to allow the most people to adjust their schedules
to match.

It will be fun whenever.
