No, I didn't. Manual does not say that it should be done.
Anyway, I tried today and it kind of seemed to be allright, it even moved
both motors on one of the 7i39s. I just have no idea, what kind of shit
happened, maybe just another moment of bad luck on this awful day, because
one of 7i39 had a nice flame, the other one does not light any LEDs and
5i24 is not found by LinuxCNC anymore - tried restarting pc several times,
put it in different pci slot, 5i24 is not recognized, although power LEDs
on replaced 7i39s do turn on.
There were no lose wires to make any shortcircuits, I have no idea, what
could have happened to 7i39, CR8, CR9 and CR12 flickered few times and then
the orange C1 catched small flame. It seems to me that logic power was
shorted to motor power and then it was baked, but I have no idea, where and
how could something like that happen.

Fortunately I bought two 5i24s and had two spare 7i39s, so I flashed 5i24
with the firmware, turned PC off for a moment, turned it on and the board
seemed to be just fine, but the problem is that pwmgens are not enabled on
7i39 that is attached to P2. I swapped 7i39 cards, I swapped cables, but
the problem remains on P2 connector. HalShow shows that all 3pwmgen enable
pins are turned on, so I have no idea, what is wrong. Any ideas?
