I have never seen one in the metal, and the picture on the web site actually looks like a CAD model to me. I am a fan of rotating-nut arrangements. They can run faster without the screws whipping, and can give you more choices on how things are mounted. They seem to have un-necessarily removed material from round the ball screw anchoring points, which seems an odd thing to do.
