I always load a tool with Tn M5 G43 and when touching off to the tool table. I have some pyvcp buttons linked to some mdi commands. the first eight change tools for me when setting up and the next two are used to touch off the tool to the spindle for the tool table and the last one is to touch off to the Z of the material using a 3/8" dowel.
