Doesn't here. Only no-script and Privacy badger are active. There may be a diff in the about:config page as thats been played with a bit. Recommended security settings mainly, but I don't recall now what has been changed. There needs to be a button that restores that whole page to its defaults so if you screw it up, you can fix it...
