Many times I make milli-pin 0.1 header connectors by using a few single pin headers and super glue.
I try to keep a selection of them that I order for suppliers in Asia but if I run out I can make one in a few seconds either from say 3 single pin parts or maybe a couple two pin parts. Super glue is way stronger than it needs to be for this I've got eat other way too, I keep a supply of 50 pin headers and cut them down to size as needed. I use 0.1 size connectors for prototyping and will have rat's nets with dozens of them.
