That, right now would be a much warmer weather job. I have just enough 
heat in that building to discourage it's falling below the dew point, 
else everything with iron in it turns bright red from rust. Including 
the stuff that was just sprayed down with WS-40 2 weeks prior.  And 
while its +23F at the airport in Bridgeport, 20 miles NE of me, the 
weather people at both local tv stations are threatening us with 
freezing rain tonight, and +5F by dark Saturday night.

They are, as they are only neoprene sealed on one face. That was part of 
the problem with the thrust bearing assembly I bought with the Z screw 
for TLM all those years ago.  Lots of play, then I noticed it was 
assembled with the open faces both pointed down the length of the screw.  
Doh...
