The plan was to replace the usual PC PAR port with P3 on 5i25. I loadede 
firmware "prob_rfx2" into 5i25. In the documentation for this firmware is 
mentioned that the IO connections for P3 have 4 step generators, dir signals 
etc.

There are no stepgen step/dir pins in the hal file because hardware stepgen
output pins are not directly controlled by software as they are in a parallel
port configuration.
