In case you are interested I have tried both the AsRock Q1900-ITX and Q1900-M. Both have a par port header on the board and worked fine with a Pico Universal PWM card and had a very acceptable jitter even without trying to tweak things.
I don't see why they wouldn't work with the 7i90 as well.
