That helps, but if it's enough, then winding the cross-slide against no more load than a dial gauge will show the same 10% error as you have when cutting with the boring bar. _Then_ it's time to doubt the screw pitch, I figure. ISTR that TLM is made of cheese, based on previous experience, so excess elasticity here and there would have to be high on the list of probable culprits.
