First I would suggest putting a halmeter on motion.spindle-index-enable to see if it is being set back to zero at the start of the threading pass. (Machine->Halmeter in the Axis GUI menu) You have a net for spindle-at-speed and a "near" that looks like it might be intended to drive it, but the rest of the linking is missing. Just try commenting out the "net spindle-at-speed => motion.spindle-at-speed" line. It is just possible that linking the HAL pin to a signal that is not set anywhere else is setting motion.spindle-at-speed to zero, which will disable fed moves. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1916 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
