Ok, I looked trough your previous posts. It appears that you are getting 7161.17 counts per spindle revolution. Your max frequency in that case is (7161.17 * 3000) / 60 = 358058.5Hz. 358kHz is well within the range of the 5i25.

What is your encoder filter set to?
