How is it going? I just bought a TP-Link TL-WN722N on the basis if this thread and it doesn't work. To the extent that it doesn't even say what it is in lsusb. Apparently the TP-Link TL-WN722N used to use an Atheros chipset, and that works fine with Linux. But they now use a Realtek one, and it doesn't. Furthermore I don't see any forum postings reporting success compiling the drivers supplied in the CD. At leat my other dongles are detected and get as far as seeing my network and trying to connect. They just can't authorise. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1916 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
